Meet the Team

Courtney Mason, LVT

Practice Manager

Courtney joined Country Creek Animal Hospital in January 2016.  She has been a Veterinary Technician for over 15 years and has previously worked at practices in Plano and Frisco, but started her career in her home state of Florida. Courtney earned her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree from Cedar Valley College and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She has also completed the certification program to become a Fear Free Certified Professional. She is married and lives with her husband and pets in Celina.  Courtney especially enjoys client education, nursing hospitalized patients, and helping with surgical and dental procedures.  When not at work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs Buckley and Huckleberry, and cats Gizmo and Indy.  She also enjoys dedicating her time to fostering and rescuing dogs with a local Rescue Group.

Mirna Franco

Veterinary Technician

Mirna joined the team at Country Creek Animal Hospital in April of 2022. She has been in the veterinary field for the last 2 years after making a career change and absolutely falling in love with this profession! Mirna is originally from California, but moved here for school and to be closer to family. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and taking her to zoos and parks. Mirna loves finding new places in Texas to explore and is a major foodie, especially when it comes to tacos! She is also a proud Auntie to Lassie, a Labrador Retriever, and Oddie, a Miniature Schnauzer.

Destiny Reyes

Veterinary Technician

Destiny became part of our Country Creek team in February 2023. She had been a Veterinary Technician for two years prior. Destiny fell in love with caring for animals by helping her mom with medical fosters over the years. When not at work, she loves spending time with her dogs, Pumpkin, Paige, Presley, and Paisley, as well as, her cat, Kitty. She also enjoys fishing, hiking, and hanging out with her friends and family. Destiny has lived in Texas her whole life and is currently attending Collin College to obtain her degree in Veterinary Technology, so that she can become a Licensed Veterinary Technician.

Caroline Moen

Veterinary Technician

Caroline’s love for animals began in middle school when she started horseback riding.  She used to rodeo all over Texas and Oklahoma (barrel racing/pole bending).  After a degree from Vet Tech Institute in Houston in 2016, she began her career in the veterinary field and has loved every minute of it!  She has a cat named Gray Cat, affectionately named by her son. She enjoys time with her family, being outside, cooking, and baking. She is a native Texan.

Alexandra Malczewski

Veterinary Technician

Allie joined Country Creek in October of 2023.  She has always loved animals and being able to have a career taking care of animals has been a dream come true. She owns a Chihuahua named Mocha and two cats, Arthur and Luna.  Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, guitar, reading and writing.  Allie is originally from Colorado but states Texas will always be her home.

Julie Gomez

Veterinary Technician

Julie joined Country Creek in September of 2024.  She's been a tech since 2017.  Her goal is to care for patients the way that she would hope her own babies would be cared for.  She owns 4 Chihuahuas (Hamilton, Riley, Winston, and Birdy), one yorkie named Theo, and a cat named Bernard.  Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, reading, playing the bagpipes, taking care of houeplants, and spending time with her fiance Josh.  Julie was born and raised in El Paso, TX and moved to DFW in 2023.

Hanna Turner

Veterinary Assistant

Hanna started at Country Creek in October 2021. Although she is new to working at an Animal Hospital, she has quite a bit of experience with animals, as she previously worked at a Boarding facility. She has always wanted to work in this field and was overjoyed to take this position. Hanna is very attentive to all of the pets in our care, whether they are here for Lodging or hospitalized with us. When not at work, she really enjoys reading or going to the gym. Hanna loves living in Texas and has lived here her whole life!

Tory Hudgens

Lead Client Care Specialist

Tory joined the Country Creek team in July of 2021. Although this is her first time working in the veterinary field, she is a quick study and an eager learner, which has allowed her to fit into our team seamlessly. Tory has a sweet yellow Labrador, named Jessie, that loves to snuggle. She also enjoys spending time with her parents' dogs, affectionately known as her "fur-siblings," two black Labradors, Bella and Molly, a silver Labrador, Dakota, and a Jack Russell Terrier, named Jack. When not at work, Tory loves to hang out with her friends and go shopping. She also enjoys finding new coffee shops and farmers markets. Tory is a proud Texan and has lived here her entire life!

Claire Hinkle

Client Care Specialist

Claire joined our team in November of 2021. She has an adorable kitty named Odin, an Abyssinian mix. Claire loves all animals, but definitely has a soft spot for all cats! She not only enjoys greeting our clients at the front desk, but Claire also loves taking care of the pets in the Lodging area. When not at work, she enjoys riding around on her motorcycle and spending quality time with her family and friends. Claire is a proud Texan, born and raised!

Camilo Triana

Pet Lodging Assistant

Camilo has been a part of our team since November 2020. He has been in this field for over 10 years and loves spending every day taking care of our patients that stay in our Lodging facility. Camilo enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, Koko, when he is not at work. He especially enjoys going on long walks with both of them. Camilo has lived his entire life here in the great state of Texas! 

Ileana Reyes

Pet Lodging Assistant, Veterinary Assistant

Ileana joined our practice in October of 2022. She has been in the pet care industry for the past 5 years and absolutely loves caring for animals. Ileana treats all of our patients like they are her own. When not at work, she enjoys attending concerts, which she considers to be her "happy place." Ileana also loves taking care of her own pets, her dogs, Kaai, Benji, and Nari, and her cats, Salem, Kitty, and Eevee, as well as her sheep, goats, and chickens. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Texas with her family about 6 years ago when they were looking for a change of pace. Ileana hopes to continue caring for pets for years to come!

Nicole Barrera

Pet Lodging Assistant, Veterinary Assistant

Nicole started working at Country Creek in September of 2023.  Her love for animals is a main driver for her.  She has a German Shepard named Saturn.  Outside of work she loves hiking on sunny days with Saturn and thrifting.  She has lived in Texas the majority of her life.  

Aubrey Kelley

Pet Lodging Assistant

Aubrey joined Country Creek in November of 2023.  She was drawn to work as a pet lodging assistant because she has future ambitions to work in the veterinary field.  She has two cats: Daisy and Annie, one dog: Lacy, a leopard gecko: Gigi, and some fish too! Outside of work she is involved in two choirs and is an avid reader.  She has always lived in Texas! 

Mia Norris

Pet Lodging Assistant

Mia joined Country Creek in October of 2024 and is Fear Free Certified.  She's been working with animals since 2020. She owns a pit/lab named Sage.  Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, tending to her plants, building Legos, and cooking with her fiance.  Mia is a Texas native.

Alyssa Wilkinson

Pet Stylist/Groomer

Alyssa joined Country Creek in December of 2023.  She’s been honing her grooming skills since 2017.  She owns several animals including Kane (Pitbull mix), Clutch (American Bully), Sarge (American Bully), and Toast (Corn Snake).  Outside of work, Alyssa has a passion for horseback riding and welcomed a baby into her family in May of 2024.  She came to Texas in 2021 by way of Chicago and hasn’t looked back. 

"Aggie" Mensik

Guest Relations/Patient Ambassador

"Aggie" Mensik is one of Drs. Mensik's family pets that comes to the clinic on an almost daily basis.  She can be found wandering the receptionist area most of the time, but is usually never too far away from her mom, Dr. Lollie.  Aggie previously achieved her Canine Good Citizen certification at What A Great Dog Pet Training facility in Frisco, TX. Aggie has now also obtained her certification as a therapy dog.  Dr. Lollie and Aggie had a program at a local Elementary School for students to read to Aggie to help overcome any insecurities with speaking/reading out loud.  Aggie is a rescued dog through Golden Retriever Rescue of North Texas and shares her home with the Mensiks, their children and 3 cats (Swiper, Kip, and Lewis).  Any guess as to how Aggie got her name?  Hint:  Drs. "Daryl P." and Lollie are both die hard Texas A&M University fans.
